Onboarding Guide for New Survey Team Members

We’re very happy to have you onboard as part of our survey collaboration. This article is part of the New Team Member Onboarding Process, designed to help you quickly find your way and feel confident working with our tools, methods, and colleagues. 

Let’s walk through the essentials. Along the way, we’ll point you to deeper resources that you can explore when needed. 

💬 Teams: Our Central Hub for Communication 

We use Microsoft Teams as our primary environment to communicate, share files, manage survey content, and collaborate on project activities. 

🔹 Channels You’ll Be Working In: 

  • General – overall communication and shared announcements 
  • Project Management – files related to survey planning, employee lists, texts, and logos 
  • Reports – where we coordinate and share updates related to dashboards and reporting 

If you’re missing access to any of these, just let us know and we’ll get you added. 

📝 Survey Basics: Set-Up and Philosophy 

You’ll be supporting us with our Employee Survey Program, where we collect feedback about employees’ digital workplace experiences. 

We believe in continuous improvement, using feedback loops to help organizations listen to what matters most—what’s working well (Tip) and what can be improved (Top). This ties into our Double Loop Feedback approach and forms the basis of our collaboration with clients.
