Terms of Use – IT Happiness Scan
By using the IT Happiness Scan provided by Yorizon B.V., the Client agrees to the following terms regarding data handling, privacy, security, and service provisions.

1. Service Description
1.1 IT Happiness FREE
The IT Happiness Scan Free is a one-time, fully standardized survey designed to assess an organization’s Digital Employee Experience (DEX). It collects employee feedback on IT tools, applications, and support to provide a baseline assessment.
Survey Scope
- Available in six languages: English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Open for 4 weeks, with a maximum of 300 participants per organization.
- Deliverable: IT Management Report (PDF) summarizing key findings and recommendations.
Limitations
- No customizations, recurring assessments, or post-survey consultations.

1.2 IT Happiness Paid Subscriptions
Organizations requiring benchmarking, ongoing insights, and customization can opt for a paid subscription.
1.2.1 IT Happiness Scan (LITE & PLUS)
- Includes all features of IT Happiness Free, plus:
- Quarterly benchmarking: Compare results against anonymized industry data.
- Community access: Collaborate with peers, share best practices, and access educational materials.
- PLUS Plan: Includes predefined customization options (e.g., branding, segmentation, topic modifications).
1.2.2 IT Happiness Benchmark
- Quarterly benchmark reports on IT satisfaction trends across eight key topics (e.g., Support Experience, Innovation, Digital Wellbeing).
1.2.3 IT Happiness Community
- Online knowledge-sharing platform with webinars, articles, and networking opportunities.

2. Data Privacy and Security
2.1 Data Anonymity and Processing
- Yorizon does not collect, process, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) of individual respondents.
- All survey responses are aggregated at the organizational level and cannot be linked to individuals.
2.2 Data Storage and Protection
- Survey data is stored in Microsoft Azure data centers in The Netherlands, ensuring compliance with EU data protection regulations.
- Security measures comply with ISO 27001 standards.
- (Paid Subscriptions only) Clients are responsible for securing access to the survey dashboard.
2.3 Benchmarking Data
- Organizations with Paid Subscriptions receive anonymized benchmark comparisons.
- Company names are never disclosed in benchmarking reports.
2.4 CRM Data Storage and Communications
- Yorizon stores client contact details in its CRM system for support, updates, and service-related communication.
- Clients may opt out at any time by emailing communication@yorizongroup.com.

3. Confidentiality and Data Use
- Yorizon will never disclose client-specific data to third parties.
- Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for industry benchmarking and research.
- Clients retain full rights to their own survey results.

4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must use survey results internally and responsibly.
- Insights should be interpreted as a snapshot of digital experience at a given time.
- Clients must ensure appropriate internal distribution of the survey link.

5. Liability
- Uptime Commitment: Yorizon guarantees an average system uptime of no less than 99.95%.
- Yorizon endeavors to ensure platform reliability but does not guarantee error-free operation.
- Yorizon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from survey use or misinterpretation of results.

6. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent court in Rotterdam.

By proceeding with the IT Happiness Scan, the Client confirms their understanding and acceptance of these terms.
