Triggered Reports

Triggered reports are micro reports generated immediately after a respondent completes a survey. A report is triggered if our algorithm identifies the individual’s survey results as a reason for immediate action.

For instance,

  1. A respondent fills out the survey.
  2. Overall, the respondent appears to be very satisfied, except for one product.
  3. The respondent indicates being very dissatisfied with this product and has no objection to being contacted.

The algorithm identifies this survey response as a trigger and sends an email with some response details to a configured and approved contact, such as a product owner. Based on this information, the product owner contacts the respondent.
