Triggered reports are micro reports generated immediately after a respondent completes a survey. A report is triggered if our algorithm identifies the individual’s survey results as a reason for immediate action.
For instance,
- A respondent fills out the survey.
- Overall, the respondent appears to be very satisfied, except for one product.
- The respondent indicates being very dissatisfied with this product and has no objection to being contacted.
The algorithm identifies this survey response as a trigger and sends an email with some response details to a configured and approved contact, such as a product owner. Based on this information, the product owner contacts the respondent.
