It provides a clear, data-driven snapshot of IT performance and identifies areas for improvement. The outcome is a comprehensive IT Management Report, equipping IT leaders with the insights needed to drive informed decision-making.

Online Questionnaire

A fully standardized survey designed to measure key aspects of the digital workplace experience, available in six languages:

How It Works

Step 1: Request Submission

Organizations interested in the IT Happiness Scan can submit their request, here.

Step 2: Request Review & Approval

To ensure data quality and legitimacy, all requests are reviewed against the following criteria:

  • The requester must represent a real organization.
  • The organization must use a verified company email address.
  • The organization must have at least 100 employees.

Once approved, the requester receives a unique survey link, along with access to an online one-pager and a PDF summary detailing the survey expectations.

Step 3: Survey Implementation

The organization distributes the survey internally, allowing up to 300 employees to provide feedback over a four-week period.

Step 4: Report Delivery

After the survey closes, our team analyzes the data, and within two weeks, the organization receives a detailed IT Management Report.

Total timeframe: 45 days from request approval to report delivery.


What’s Excluded?

To ensure standardization and efficiency, the IT Happiness Scan operates as a fixed-format survey. The following features are not included:

Customization: The survey structure remains standardized and cannot be altered.

Longitudinal Studies: This is a one-time assessment; for recurring surveys, upgrading to the IT Happiness Plus Package is required.

Detailed Consultations: While the report provides insights, in-depth advisory services are not included in the free version.

Additional Languages: The survey is only available in English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, and Portuguese (unless further languages are added later).
